Golden Milk Paste Recipe
A recipe for Golden Milk Paste. Make it and store in the fridge so you can make yourself a creamy cup of golden milk in no-time! With its origins in India, this drink is healthy, naturally anti-inflammatory and really delicious!

- 2 tbsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Cardamom
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 tsp Coconut oil
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
Put all the ingredients (except for the honey) into a saucepan and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Don't let the mixture boil excessively! Boiling can destroy some nutrients and lower the effectiveness of some substances.
Keep stirring the mixture while it simmers for 4-6 minutes until it turns into a thick and smooth paste.
Take the saucepan of the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. When it has cooled down a bit, stir in the honey.
Transfer the paste into a clean glass jar with a lid. It will hold for around 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
