Boil 1000 ml of water and let it cool down to 60 °C (140°F).
Cut the ginger, turmeric and chili pepper into small pieces and put them in the warm water. Then let it cool down to room temperature (about 20 min).
Peel the apple and put it in a blender.
Juice two lemons and add the juice in the blender.
Add black pepper, honey and apple cider vinegar into the blender.
Add the water with all the spices into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture and press all the liquid out of it with a spoon.
Pour the liquid into a clean glass jar. (You can put the pulp in the fridge and use it in a smoothie the next day)
Store in the fridge. Will hold for about 2 weeks!
