Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Glass Bottle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 L Water
  • 200 g Fresh Ginger
  • 40 g Fresh Turmeric Roots
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Fresh Chili Peppers (Or 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper)
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Apple

Instructions
 

  • Boil 1000 ml of water and let it cool down to 60 °C (140°F).
  • Cut the ginger, turmeric and chili pepper into small pieces and put them in the warm water. Then let it cool down to room temperature (about 20 min).
  • Peel the apple and put it in a blender.
  • Juice two lemons and add the juice in the blender.
  • Add black pepper, honey and apple cider vinegar into the blender.
  • Add the water with all the spices into the blender. 
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture and press all the liquid out of it with a spoon.
  • Pour the liquid into a clean glass jar. (You can put the pulp in the fridge and use it in a smoothie the next day)
  • Store in the fridge. Will hold for about 2 weeks!
